Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return request, you must contact us within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unopened, unused, with original labels and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can:

• log in to your account here and submit an automatic return request
• contact us via our in-store chat service, available from 9:00 to 18:00, providing your order number and reason for the return
• email us at info@elisirdicollina.it with your order number and reason for the return
• attach to your email photos of the packaging (boxes) and photos showing that the bottles are still sealed.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We invite you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. It is mandatory to notify the courier with a WRITTEN RESERVATION if the box appears damaged. Return requests will not be accepted without this notification. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• opened or unsealed bottles,
• used reed sticks,
• personalised products,
• damaged boxes

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate new order for the item you want.

Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
In this case too, the item must be intact, unused, with original labels and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.
